I’ve been a loyal customer here since 2024 and have probably spent hundreds of dollars at Rice & Spoon. I usually visit every 2-4 weeks and have accumulated quite a bit of Snackpass history over the years. My experience today was really disappointing. On Snackpass, rewards are organized into different point tiers. The problem is that when you’re on a restaurant’s page and tap “Redeem Reward” for one of those tiers, the app doesn’t first show you which menu items are included at that reward level. Instead, tapping the button immediately redeems your points before you’ve had a chance to review what you’re actually getting. I wasn’t trying to claim a reward yet, but was just trying to see what the 30-point reward included. By the time I realized it wasn’t my usual order (chicken pho, $16.60), my 30 points had already been redeemed. The value of the grilled items I can redeem for free is $16.50. Before driving over, I called the restaurant and explained exactly what happened. I asked whether I could simply use my 30-point reward toward a chicken pho instead. The employee told me yes, asked me to come in, and even created a $0.00 chicken pho order on my phone (order #163 on 7/2/2026)

I just ordered B1 Classic Vietnamese Banh Mi via Doordash to pick up. It was a nice surprise. The portion was larger than most places. They got a perfect amount of meat, fresh vegetables, and pickles in the large sandwich. The flavor was also crumbtious. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place. I will be back to try other items on the menu.

First time here. Outside it looks like a neighborhood hole in the wall restaurant. Inside it is very inviting and relaxing. Great for small groups and lunch meeting. Tried their garlic noodle dish. Very good with just enough garlic flavor without being overpowering. Their beef banh mi sandwich was very good as well. Meat was flavorful and tender. Also tried their spring rolls. Very good as well. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. Priced right. Free parking in front. Staff very friendly. Good spot to have a quick lunch.

Super clean and nice services! They serve water cups even for take out orders! The taste is more creamy and well blended compared to some of the stronger garlicky or asian taste. This is probably modified to fit the western taste! Still pretty good! You can see they are trying to hold up to a standard and branding!

The restaurant is quite small and cozy, located in a not-so-busy area, but the food quality is really good. I ordered the spring rolls, rare beef & beef meatball pho, and garlic noodles with shrimp. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, and the portion size was just right. The garlic noodles were also well-seasoned and suited my taste. I came after the lunch rush, so the place was quiet and peaceful—which I really enjoyed. The prices are a bit higher compared to the places I usually go to, but not unreasonable. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again. Highly recommend giving it a try!
